We serve agents across ten states: Texas, Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Tennessee, North Carolina, Alabama, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Arkansas. And we know the forms and processes in each market.

TREC contracts in Texas. FAR/BAR in Florida. GAR in Georgia. Option periods, attorney states, disclosure requirements — your TC knows the specifics of your state, not just generic real estate concepts.

If you work in multiple states, you don’t need multiple TCs. One team handles it all.

We Work in Your Systems

We track in our system and keep yours up to date — your brokerage’s back office, compliance platform, whatever you use. Communication is email and text. If you want a shared Dropbox folder for documents, we can do that too.
