- Title company closingsTexas closings run through the title company’s escrow officer. We open title on day one and keep the escrow officer, lender and both agents working from the same dates.

Lubbock-area listings run through the Lubbock Association of REALTORS® MLS. On listing files we handle the input, photos, documents and status changes, and keep the listing current until it closes.
