- TREC contract deadlinesThe option fee and earnest money are due within 3 days of the effective date, and option notices are due by 5:00 p.m. local time. We calendar every TREC deadline the day the contract is signed.
- Title company closingsTexas closings run through the title company’s escrow officer. We open title on day one and keep the escrow officer, lender and both agents working from the same dates.
Working in GTAR MLS / Longview MLS
East Texas listings run through the Greater Tyler Association of REALTORS® MLS or the Longview area MLS, depending on the market. We work in whichever your listing is in. On listing files we handle the input, photos, documents and status changes, and keep the listing current until it closes.
