- Contract to closeEvery deadline tracked, every party introduced and updated, every document checked for signatures, initials and dates.
- Listing coordinationMLS input, photos, showing setup, disclosures and status changes, kept current until it sells.
- Broker complianceA complete, organized file submitted to your brokerage so you get paid at closing.
- Status you don't have to ask forMonday and Thursday updates to you, and to your client if you like.
What's different about Corpus Christi files
- TREC contract deadlinesThe option fee and earnest money are due within 3 days of the effective date, and option notices are due by 5:00 p.m. local time. We calendar every TREC deadline the day the contract is signed.
- Title company closingsTexas closings run through the title company’s escrow officer. We open title on day one and keep the escrow officer, lender and both agents working from the same dates.
