Just Listed and Just Sold Posts
We call them milestone posts. Your monthly plan is your calendar of pre-approved, scheduled posts. Just Listed and Just Sold announcements are a separate add-on at $25 per post, published across your three channels. Brokerages can order them for their agents too.
Freedom transaction coordination and listing coordination clients get one on the house: a Just Listed post on the listings we coordinate, and a Just Sold post on the transactions we close. Want it? Tell us when you get started. We announce the sale, never the price.
How It Works
- Tell us you’re interested. Fill out the short form above, and we’ll reach out within one business day.
- Pick your plan and get set up. We send your invoice and the service agreement. Billing is monthly: a three-month starter period, then month-to-month, cancel anytime.
- Quick onboarding. A short questionnaire and a connect call. We connect your channels (you type your own passwords), collect your branding and set your brokerage disclosure. Your first month arrives for approval within a week.
- Approve and go. Each month’s calendar shows up a week ahead.
What We Don’t Do
We don’t reply to comments or DMs, run paid ads or post anything you haven’t approved. Your conversations with buyers and sellers stay yours.
For Brokerages
We run the brokerage’s own channels, including recruiting content, agent welcomes and spotlights, closings roundups and market updates, under one consistent brand. Agents who want the same help sign up on their own plan and approve their own posts. We build their templates to your brand and disclosure standards, so every feed in your office stays consistent.
