- The LREC's mandatory agreementLicensees use the LREC’s Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell as written; changes go in addenda or the additional terms. We track every deadline the blanks create, from the deposit to the Act of Sale.
- 72-hour clocksThe deposit is due within 72 hours of notice of acceptance, and the inspection response steps run on 72-hour clocks. We watch those by the hour, not just by the day.

On listing files we handle the input, photos, documents and status changes, and keep the listing current until it closes.
