We’re Hiring Transaction Coordinators
Freedom Real Estate Services is growing and we’re looking for experienced TCs to join our team. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and know your way around a real estate contract — keep reading.
Why TCs Like Working With Us
You do TC work. That’s it. No marketing, no cold calling, no wearing twelve hats. You manage transactions from contract to close using established systems and processes. Do one thing, do it well.
Systems that actually work. Our workflows are built on hundreds of closings per year. Every checklist, every follow-up cadence, every process has been tested and refined. You’re not building your workflow from scratch — you’re stepping into one that works.
Backup support. You have a dedicated backup on every file. If you’re out sick or on vacation, your files don’t pile up. Someone’s already current on them.
Remote and flexible. Work from home. Reliable internet and a computer are all you need. We expect availability during business hours for client communications, but you manage your own schedule within that.
A team that has your back. We’re a small, tight team that takes the work seriously and treats each other well. We cheer for every agent we work with and every TC on our team.
The Role
You’ll manage real estate transactions from executed contract through closing for our clients across multiple states. The day-to-day:
- Deadline tracking — monitor every critical date across your active files
- Document management — check every document for completeness (signatures, initials, dates, blanks), organize and maintain the file
- Communication coordination — keep lenders, title companies, inspectors, and agents informed and on schedule
- Broker compliance — maintain complete, audit-ready files per each agent’s brokerage requirements
- Listing coordination — MLS data entry, photo uploads, disclosure tracking, showing setup (for agents who use this service)
All document preparation is at the agent’s written direction. You don’t negotiate, advise clients, or make decisions about deal terms.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Real estate license in your state (Texas preferred, but we work with TCs in other states)
- You will not actively buy or sell real estate while working with us — your license must be hung with a broker that permits TC work for outside brokerages without competing in the marketplace
- Prior experience as a transaction coordinator or in a similar real estate role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication
- Reliable internet and a personal computer
Helpful:
- Experience with Dotloop, SkySlope, Brokermint, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with TREC/TAR forms
- Multi-state experience
- Comfortable working independently
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Per-file compensation
- Volume grows as you prove yourself
