What we handle for Atlanta agents
Your coordinator runs the file from executed contract to closing, and on listings from signed agreement to live on the MLS, so you can stay with your clients.
- Contract to closeEvery deadline tracked, every party introduced and updated, every document checked for signatures, initials and dates.
- Listing coordinationMLS input, photos, showing setup, disclosures and status changes, kept current until it sells.
- Broker complianceA complete, organized file submitted to your brokerage so you get paid at closing.
- Status you don't have to ask forMonday and Thursday updates to you, and to your client if you like.
What's different about Atlanta files
- Attorney closingsGeorgia closings run through a closing attorney. We stay in contact with the attorney’s office from intake to funding so title work, payoffs and the settlement statement are ready on time.
- The due diligence periodMost Georgia offers turn on the due diligence period. We calendar it the day the contract is binding and keep both sides reminded before it ends.
Working in FMLS / Georgia MLS
Metro Atlanta has two major MLSs, FMLS and Georgia MLS, and many brokerages list in both. We work in whichever your brokerage uses. On listing files we handle the input, photos, documents and status changes, and keep the listing current until it closes. On buy-side files we track the contract from the effective date forward.FMLS / Georgia MLS is operated by FMLS and Georgia MLS. Freedom Real Estate Services is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMLS and Georgia MLS; we work in the MLS on behalf of the agents we support.
