- Title company closingsFlorida closings are usually handled by a title company or closing agent. We open title at intake and keep the title agent, lender and both agents working from the same dates.
- Insurance before closingWind and flood coverage can take time to bind, and lenders won’t fund without it. We put insurance on the checklist at intake so it isn’t a surprise the week of closing.
Working in BeachesMLS / RAIRC MLS
St. Lucie and Martin listings run through the MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld MLS (BeachesMLS), and Indian River County listings through the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County MLS. We work in whichever your listing is in. On listing files we handle the input, photos, documents and status changes, and keep the listing current until it closes.
