What we handle for Denver agents
Your coordinator runs the file from executed contract to closing, and on listings from signed agreement to live on the MLS, so you can stay with your clients.
- Contract to closeEvery deadline tracked, every party introduced and updated, every document checked for signatures, initials and dates.
- Listing coordinationMLS input, photos, showing setup, disclosures and status changes, kept current until it sells.
- Broker complianceA complete, organized file submitted to your brokerage so you get paid at closing.
- Status you don't have to ask forMonday and Thursday updates to you, and to your client if you like.
What's different about Denver files
- Dates and Deadlines, every oneThe Commission’s Contract to Buy and Sell has a full Dates and Deadlines table, and deadlines end at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time unless a Time of Day Deadline is set. We calendar every live item at intake.
- Objections and resolutionsAn inspection objection that isn’t resolved in writing by the Inspection Resolution Deadline terminates the contract on that date. We track each objection, resolution and amend/extend before the deadline passes.
